We all want that as we give up control of our food, of what we actually put into our bodies. We do it everyday. To be honest, we think we couldn’t function anymore if we did not let other control what we eat. We need to believe that someone else can take care of this. Better than we would. Someone taking care of ourselves better than ourselves. We eat ourselves through life oblivious. Sometimes emotional cues bring us, abruptly or slowly, back to the food and ourselves.
